Welker Capital purchased this deal with a small friends and family raise in September of 2021 and provided approximately 1.75x multiple in 9 months to our LP investors. The Delta Apartments sold to a 1031 buyer during the summer of 2021 and construction is wrapping up soon. Leasing to early 2023.
